There must be a niche that's not taken up yet for manufacturing goods that are very high-quality, yet not extremely large, snazzy, pretensious, decorated, etc. So you can be rich and just enjoy stuff that a) works well, and b) won't ever break on you.

With enough reputation people would know that buying that brand is worth it. Also, non-rich people would be likely to splurge and buy some things just because they want the best of something. This company, or this new paradigm for companies, would be the BMW of everything (sans the charging exorbitant prices for simple replacement parts).

Speaking of which, if you make a car good enough, would it ever have to go to the shop..?
